Willing to pay up to 100 USD total for both jobs.
As far as what it's written in I could careless as long as it works.
I don't need a fancy user interface.

I believe the first program I need would need to work with a web page? I'm not entirely sure. I need a birthday cracker. It is possible. They exist. A select few have them and will not share because they are profiting off of them.

The second program I am looking for is a simple email checker. It would check if emails have been registered or are open.
