Rock5tar has scammed many people as most of you know, now he is claiming to be making refunds and said in one of his posts in the dispute section he just needs to refund "Kill"(Another guy he scammed that I've been talking to) but didn't have his information so he asked Sin to get it for him. He used a similar lie one of the multiple times he claimed he was going to send me my refund of $245(CND). He said he went to WU to refund my money but didn't have my information. Ah.. who goes all the way to WU(which he says was a bit of a drive) without the information he knows he is going to need to send my refund? Anyway.. he lied to me SOO many times is ridiculous. I'd be here all day pointing them all out. It's almost been a month since I sent him the money for 100m that he claimed and promised I would have THAT night if I sent him the money instantly. So I headed down WU and sent him the cash, came back and talked to him and he went to collect.

After collecting he became almost as difficult to contact as the prime minister. He was always busy and had no time to do the Xfer, then his method got patched and he used that as an excuse. Although he had people waiting for weeks before that for their gold. So after probably 2 weeks of waiting on him I got fed up with all of his lyes and asked for a refund, as did others and kill. He became upset and then said we would have our refunds for SURE that wed/Thursday because he already used the money we sent him and thats when he got paid. I agreed and patiently waited for the days to come, they passed and no sign of Rock5tar, when I msged asking him about it he had a hundred excuses of why he didn't refund the money. He claimed to have sent 2 and didn't have time. Well that's bull because sending the money back takes literally 5-10 minutes tops. The only thing Rock5tar was on time for was collecting the money I sent him. Then he became a ghost and a total idiot. I'm still without my money until this day and still trying to get it back from this thief. I will post some logs proving he did "Sell" me 100m gold that I never received.

I'm not willing to post that evidence publicly due to personal information being reviled, etc.

Rock5tar does not seem to have made any further attempt to appeal his ban.
