Explanation of the trade: Was going construction on my main, had the payment on the account for him, he botted on the account all night so I couldn't get on while he moved all my items over.
How they scammed: Needed my pin to work on construction skill and got into my bank and took all my items.

Why is he still not banned?

 

Can you post a picture of paying him for the service, @DabbedOutNol?

 

I never paid him, I left the 4M on my account for him to swap over. He was doing construction which needs your pin to get into building mode. He took my barrows items, rings that were imbued, potions and runes, etc. I'll give you whatever you need, add my Skype if needed.

 

So you were to pay him after the service?

I assume he took all your items, and the service was never completed?

Can you take a screenshot of where you try contacting him about the service not being done? Also, the name of your RSN (either on this post or in a PM)
