i was dicing with him i let him hold the money

We did a dice duel out of 5.
i won first 2 rolls the 3rd was a tie and 4th roll he won.

i re-rolled for the tie, and i rolled a 5/5.
he messaged me saying tie = host win.

NOWHERE in his rules did it say tie = host win and then because i ignored his pm and was only talking and posting on his thread he decided to accept and finally roll for the tie. (because others cant see that he tried saying tie = host)

here are his rules and nowhere it states tie in DD is host win

reason for twc: he tried to get away with tie being host win when his rules state otherwise and hoped i didnt say anything so he could get away with it.

i hope this user gets twc'ed thanks
