Basically, he says yeah lets get mm, then he's saying I scam and bunch of bs, he wants kids to go first so he can scam, I think he's an evader as well. Basically I think minimally he needs a twc, if not a ban for sure.

 

He's trying to use a fake mm...

 

Gave him a contact of kiyosha as mm, you can CONFIRM WITH THE REAL KIYOSHA, HE JST DOESNT WANT LEGIT TRADING.

You don't really have a report here and even if the behavior did qualify as sketchy (arguable), it does not equivocate to a scam.
