Reporting Diamond Apple

I just attempted to purchase a Runique account from him, and everything was going smoothly until I sent the payment - he then requested a receipt of payment I promptly provided it - 40 minutes later after no response I reopened the conversation asking if he would provide me with the details.. He claimed "I didn't receive your email." I sent it 3 more times and he finally received it, but decided that he should refund me instead of providing me with the account. I have pictures below to provide evidence.

Also, send me an uncropped screenshot that shows you sending he funds to his PP, and where he states it's his PP.
