This is a good point and given previous precedent upon there being no guilty party, the responsibility would lie on both parties for re-payment; however, you have already been refunded 53M.

With this in mind, how much would a proper refund (placing half the guilt on both parties) be?

Edit: Keep in mind, I am brain-storming solutions. Precedent may involve two individuals coming to an agreement, but this may not apply to your situation providing you admitted to botting on your IP and there is no proof Bulletproof botted at all. Alongside this, one account is permed and one was only temporarily banned. My comment is in no way binding; rather, (again), just brainstorming solutions.

 

He also admitted to running bot farms? Why am I highlighted for saying I previously botted?

 

The problem is due to the agreed payment plan. The mistake was that instead of doing it based on GP/XP the payments were agreed on batch training. 70/70/70 was agreed for 50m but its only 2.1m xp. Average of 2.1m xp would only cost like 12m or so. Not sure what we can do?

 

Because its your account and Bullet is not having problems with other accounts he has trained. This report would be an entirely different issue if multiple users utilizing his service were getting banned for botting.

 

Fair enough. About the payment, I think @Azie has said it. I guess I just screwed myself over by agreeing to bullet's payment plans, I shouldn't have done that. I guess I can only hope for compensation for the banned account.
