Reporting another bad scammer

Hey guys, so another guy is trying to pretend to be another member and scam me on discord,

Sadly i expect he is already banned on sythe, which means not a lot can be done with this.
Secondly, anyone impostoring me without even having my name as his profile is clearly not going to succeed.

I also have sent his IP to mods and dealt with it, so not to worry.

 

@bloodhounx Proof of payment isn't there by the way.

In regards to the report:
1) Do you have proof that's his Discord ID?
2) Did you request for a confirmation PM prior to the trade? If not, then why?

 

He is reporting the imposter, not me.

He doesn’t know the real sythe of the imposter

Yeah on my post looking for RSC rares I have my discord posted for people to add me, then i ask for their sythe profile link and for them to post on my thread. So i'm not sure exactly who the scammer is, I just am posting it to make the staff and others aware that someone with that discord is trying to impersonate others and scam individuals. I posted a previous one about another member and a staff admin found the discord name to be attached to a user and perm banned.

But i always ask for proof of sythe account both via PM, and post on my thread. and did not lose anything from this transaction

 

You're essentially asking to be imposter scammed by doing that. Anyone can link a profile, and I can see deleted posts as staff, and @Rodman hasn't posted anywhere for you. For future reference you should always request a Sythe PM from the person to verify that it's indeed them you're speaking to, which should include your ID / there ID (Skype or Discord), the type of trade, and the portion of the conversation.
