Reporting Advertising

I'm almost positive this is the wrong section.

But isn't this forum, and the way they are wording their answers, sound like they are advertising their website? they even include the website in a reponse on the forum.. Check it out

See that little red triangle in the top right side of every post(right above your post count)?
