Reporting a user

I'm reporting user Azerola for scamming, he promised to sell me his 2100TL account for 80AUD and i went first and sent him the money of paypal, i was on skype chat with him and was trying to get information from him when he is going to send the money but it seemed to take him forever, then he removed me on Skype and i opened a dispute on him on paypal and now waiting to get my 57EUROS back, on the dispute it seems replied stating i paid for real life services to him across the globe huh, i talked with him earlier and it seems he "sold" the account earlier to Pakaste and he told me that Pakaste was a scamming twat who filed a dispute when he was giving the info, please ban this scammer and his IP
