I'd like to highlight a few case studies where the user has broke the above rules, however mercy was given to them, being unbanned and accepted through a pardon:

This is a variable of justice/mercy.

SITUATION
10 months ago after our website was under attack from DDoS attacks, specific people intentionally shit talking in our poker lobby chatbox, specific people intentionally shit talking on various forums and personal DDoS attacks on both me and my ex-partner.

SOLUTION
I was in a business partner relationship who was notorious for DDoSing whilst I simultaneously had only ever been on the receiving end of them. Given the fact http://www.sythe.org/members/364030-xier0.html said that "he feels sorry for Joopii" only from being socially engineered by Joopii gives a strong enough impression that Joopii's social engineering skills have been successful. Based on the situation with all the variables-- at the time the final conclusion that was reached was to retaliate. This is what was leaked.

HINDSIGHT
After 10 months of never being involved with anything even close to that in terms of unethical activities I've learned a lot from experience in business, and experience on personal recognition; and I'd give a tip to anyone who may be in a similar position to me where you have the choice to take the slightly darker route-- don't, there's always a way out #wwhd you just have to be smarter-- and I had to learn through experience. By no means am I fully experienced, but I'm sure learning from experience vast amounts each day, along with me being an ENTP and having strict morals in terms of justice and having a line which you just don't cross, I'm just not a bad guy.

I don't plan on fully analysing this publicly, but I'm sure the other party would appreciate me saying that I'm perfectly willing to compensate you for anything that I was a direct result of based on evidence that you can provide, and after our discussion I've gotten to know you and Jon better.

Summary
In terms of me being a smarter business person who knows which mistakes not to make moreover than most people in the world, I'm very experienced so if similar situations where to come up to me in the near future there would be a higher chance of Jagex showing evidence for RWT bans than me crossing lines. Along with this, I don't take myself seriously lol I just do what I do.
