Reason:

It seems to be that the hacker of kourti and pinkgaga is the same hacker(skype match and ip audit match)
Well if you look in ip audit of kourti you will see a big list of his profile only until it comes to .82(hackers ip) as you can see: http://m.imgur.com/ZRVtSVU
Those accs he has logged on and checked.
I would suggest banning shadowrezz,oufft and those others who are still unbanned but matched the ip.
Just ban them as precautionary.
