My issue is with the line "I can provide almost all information to account! I am selling this account for a friend, and can assure you that he will not recover. However, I am not responsible for anything that happens after trade, including recoveries, locks, or bans."

Can one go about selling an account "for a friend" and then not be responsible if the account is recovered? That doesn't seem kosher.
