Reason:

For what my opinion is worth, I was reported for similar reasons and was not given a TWC. I refused a trade after the terms of the trade changed, which is perfectly reasonable, and nothing came of the report. My rebuttal was read and everything was understood.

I know nothing of this user or his character or whether there were additional reasons for the TWC, but IMO the chat log provided should not warrant a TWC alone. The MM was immediately very hostile with no clear reason. Users have every right to refuse a trade when terms change. As a name seller, there are a number of new factors put on the table when dealing with a RFT name as opposed to a simple account sale.
