I have to run now so I will just post this now and add all the details later.

Basically I sent him $320 + $34(WU fee) for one of his steam accounts. He went to pickup and they wouldn't give it to him because his passport was expired. I am doubtful I will be able to recover it but IF I am, then he owes me $34 to cover the fee I paid.

If I am NOT able to recover it then he owes me $354 or the account we agreed on.

Three options: A) He gives me the agreed upon account, B) He pays me back $354(if I can not recover the $$), or C) He pays me back $34(IF I can recover it).
