Go to the RuneScape homepage, and click "Account" → "Account Management"

Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on "Recover Password".

Type in the account's name from which you want to remove recovery questions. Then click on submit.

Click on "Recover Stolen Password".

Here you enter the email address if you have one registered on the account ( on the left ). You enter the email address to which you want your "appeal status (denied/accepted)" messaged to ( on the right ).

Here you fill out the rest of the recovery form. Try and put as much information as you can, it'll increase the chance of acceptance.

If your appeal is accepted, your recovery questions should be deleted.
