I want to start by introducing myself, I am Justin, aka Wolf, and I have been playing RuneScape on & off for going on 5 years now, and I am just now getting started into the black market business, obviously I am new, with only a few vouches, why trust me? Well being new I am wanting to avoid scams/scammers at all costs, meaning if you plan to scam me, don't even try. I will go first to reputable members, and if you're not trusted, and don't trust me, don't worry, we will use a MM, or OMM, of a mutual agreement of who to use.
