I don't know if this is posted somewhere in the runescape account selling section. It's definitely something worth adding (in my opinion).
An easy way to check if a runescape account has ever been a member is to simply recover it as a lost/stolen password (pick either). If the recovery form asks for membership details, then it's been a member. If it doesn't ask for any membership details, it's never been a member.

I think a mod should post this in a spot that runescape account buyers can read.

Maybe "Useful guides and information about account trading"?
I'm not asking for any credit if a mod decides to post this.
