Firstly I apologise for this PM and I know its against the rules but it's a good way to get your name out Once again, sorry, but thanks if you read the whole thing!

Rule 12 is a new Runescape blackmarket forum launched to benefit the people wanting to buy / sell / trade runescape accounts and gold, aswell as services such as questing.
