Report Advice

This is for current/future reference.
Scenario - If I have delivered my product (my fitness plans) and the buyer is not contacting me/responding to pm's for a couple of days, but I see they are actively posting on forums, when should I report (I like to give the benefit of the doubt normally) and should I report here?

It's really up to you when you want to report, but normally it's better to do it sooner rather than later. If the member is banned, they won't be able to be unbanned until you get your payment.
