report a scammer section.

mods you guys really need to check this more >.> i posted a report earlyer 2day bout 6hrs ago and nothings happend thats my complaint

and yes i know mods have lives they cant be on 24/7 so please no flame or spam.

 

This was normally up to the globals, as you can see their numbers are down, and they are struggling, I'll try and do a few pages in a few hours after I get some sleeeeeepp (zzzz)

It's not uncommon for reports to go days unanswered. Mods can't be here 24/7 and when they are here, they want to enjoy themselves a little and do something besides scammer reports.

 

Its not that easy, We have other sections to moderate which required attention. It really pushes my buttons when I get 15 PM's telling me to check their report and I click the link they give and it doesn't even have proof. Its a huge waste of time that could be spent doing other important things.

However I would like to see more of the mods helping out with the reports. They are coming in at such a rate the mods don't dare to go in there. Now quit your complaining.

 

The globals are down, and unlike reporting a spammer, reporting a scammer takes much more time to deal with.

 

I agree, I think it should be checked alot more, and if there aren't enough global mods to do it why not make a few more?

I think there are alot of trusted and deserved members that could be global.

I would do some but I can't lock/move the threads. Makes organizing it really difficult.

 

We know you are busy. so why not hier some more mods?
but there is probably on average 1 report post every 3 hours, take 10minute look and your done.
but if you are really THAT busy, then ignore the line above.

 

We understand sythe is short on mods atm but you guys really need to make a little bit more of an effort to get to the reports.

Also maybe if you find there is proof the person scammed, ban their IP so they can't come back. Just a thought.

 

They've done that for a while now.
