Regulate Scar/Simba section??

Section seems like it is being ignored by the staff, don't take it the wrong way. Perhaps a staff member can visit it every week in order to delete threads which are in the wrong section as there are quite a lot.

 

Well there aren't any Sectionals assigned to that section currently. At the moment it's only really Globals who regulate it.

Maybe give perms for that to the current Programming Mod also? (In this case Dialatic?) It depends how many reports and such are made in that section.

 

Sectionals? Not sure what you mean but giving a mod a duty to the section of the forum would be good, yes.

 

A Sectional Mod is basically someone who usually moderates one or two, sometimes three sections, after that is Globals and Administrators. I said a Sectional should be assigned to it as it seems Sectionals seem to be the leaders of Report a Spammer at the moment. So right now only Globals and Admins have perms there, only they're not doing as many spam reports in compared. to the Sectionals.

So yes, a Sectional assigned to that section alongside Programming would probably be a benefit.

 

Thanks for the description on sectional mods, obviously I wasn't too sure by what you meant. Didn't notice there weren't any moderators for that section so yeh, would be good to have one.

 

It'd be nice if a Global moderator could stop by and check up on it every now and then. But remember even though you're a regular member you have the power yourself to help keep it clean. If you report any inappropriate threads a Global will see the report and take care of the issue for you
