It is pointless to regret doing something - what is done is done.

Therefore, what I do, I do with no regrets. Sure, I can make bad choices, but everyone does.

I would say that I regret who I spent my High School years with. I should have dated some other people, instead of sticking with her through the whole schpiel. As a recourse of this regret, I am talking much more with the people I was interested in, while I was in High School, and with my girlfriend. I feel that there is no shame in what I did for my girl, but that she was the wrong person to do those things for. After long feeling that you should not regret anything you do, much like swan, I have realized this:

As a result I can't eat as much as I want now and burn off the fat.
Back then, I could eat 5 chocolate bars a day and it would do nothing to me.
Nowadays, I can't even eat one.
