I can't recall why the reason for ban was "Ban Evading"
But these threads speak for themselves

I said that because Gucci was telling me to say it, or we would recover the brand new account I just bought for $250, which I did not want to happen, I had proof up on the forums of him saying it, but now since it's been acouple months, 3 viruses and 2 whipes don't work out good, please unban me I have done nothing wrong, I just want to rejoin this great community again

 

I have reviewed the dispute, and agree with MegaMatt.

The ban was warrented; you should not have made false claims to protect a scammer. Even if you were threatened, which there is no proof of, you should have let a mod know the real situation via PM.
