Recovery problems..

The information I have on my account (my original account) allows me to recover it, however when I gave the information to Chriscross23 to verify for an account swap; the information was declined?

I've currently put in a new appeal myself, but why is this? How come I can recover it but he couldn't?

Is there anything I can do to make it so he can recover it too (to verify the information)?

Really really confused..

 

I put in the exact information provided so I do not want anyone posting questioning my integrity. I am just assuming that it was because of the IP change or something along those lines.

 

I'm not questioning your integrity at all, I do not believe you entered it in wrong. I live in Aus, and you're from USA so maybe that has something to do with it :3

My best bet is the IP, assuming you truly did put in the information exactly.

 

I just watched him put it in via Teamview, he put it in exactly. Will see what happens this time 'round.

 

ya i would think because the IP was different but that still shouldn't really change it at all, you should still be able to recover.

 

I put in everything while he was on my teamviewer. It was still denied.
