   Select from the RS main page: "Recover a lost account">Fill in the username and select "Someone else knows my recovery questions' answers>Fill in all the details >Write down the code>select "Track a recovery request" from the main page and enter the code.
   It may take an hour for them to answer or it may take a minute.
