I know I was thats what I mean. I was basically saying I'd still do it if he reconsidered. I was going to flame him after his other posts but chose not to due to possibly getting an infraction, yet I get one anyway.

He was attempting to justify his offer. Even if you, "don't want it" does not mean it's not allowed. You never specifically told him to stop posting. If his post really bugged you, just ignore it or get a market moderator to delete it.

I'd vote for a reversal. You don't need to infract for these silly things.

No... You clearly were directing that comment at Timmy owns, not him. Your only direct response to him was:

Calling something a "joke" is more than enough to justify a response. Once again this is a silly, unwarranted infraction. Just reverse it and move on.

 

That was a warning to everyone posting on the thread. That wasn't a clear comment towards Timmy, or I would've said his name and properly directed it at him.

You need to stop looking for loopholes in my justification, as it was warranted and I won't reverse it.

Don't be so posh; I'm not "looking for loopholes" only trying to justify my view on the situation. Too many moderators overuse infractions (and get our users angry, the same people who keep Sythe.org running) when I believe deleting the post would be more efficient.
