heh 70 def is for main accounts.
So if that's what you have then do it up

If you're a 1def pure you might want to check out the stops along the way first. Like 20/45

Ah the old school barrows pure.

I've retired on those, I attempted on creating a new one but it was too difficult so I just gave up completely

Good luck, 70 defense is easy, but getting the other required stats are quite novice.

 

well if you're going to be a barrows pure do it up
don't train it till you've done kings ransom though so you can get 70 prayer and use piety.

You'll get 55k def xp from the quest/miniquest thing

Ya, that's a definite there. Also, do you have barrows gloves? Even though it stinks, I'd do as many quests as possible to train defense before actually training it.

 

No barrow gloves. Pain in the ass questing (combat brace ftw) i dont mind doing quest for piety until later idc if i get 55k exp when im 70 def

7k till 69 def

 

It's not as much as you think. I believe it's between 20-30k or so left to level. Consider if a new quest comes out you need, or even an old one that gives defense xp. You'd be screwed.
