    is there any way to train ranged without getting hitpoints xp?

    A cannon or soulwars and pc.
    You can't bot pc without getting hp exp though.

    I always used the dwarf cannon and the range guild.. pest control and soul wars are some other options.. oh, and lamps from effigies... uhm... thats it i think

    Cannons and soul wars but cannons become terrible xp past like level 50 tbh so id go soul wars

    range guild is like 40-50k xp per hour, some profit and no hp xp

    Soul wars is the only way I know.. Pest control gives EXP, uhh but yeah genie lamps\knowledge books.

    Only 3 Options:

    Soul Wars - You can bot it or you can legit it and earn 9 zeals/hour. Try the '3zealsftw' clan for 3 zeals per game.

    Pest Control - Another minigame but not that popular I assume due to Soul Wars

    Cannon at Green Dragons/Rock Crabs - Green Dragons for quick cash and Rock Crabs for fast EXP
