Range Pure

Im considering making a straight 60 range p2p pure and just knive to dbow etc pk..

any advice/feedback?

 

U will get rekt by gmaulers if they can attack you at that level tho

 

Underpowered vs obby maulers.

 

Every build has its advantages and disadvantages. A low combat range pure can be fun, but you have to carefully plan your levels, such as hitpoints. If too high, you enter a bracket where people will have stronger builds, if too low you will be an easy kill. Best thing is too experiment multiple account types as you progress through RS or watch videos and/or livestreams of certain builds to see their strengths and weaknesses

 

I suppose it depends what you’re going for.

However; I think the one great thing about this type of build, is it’s a great place to start.
You’ll enjoy building it to the 60 range lvl, play it for awhile & then more than likely change it from there.
Like @Deceleration stated, experimentation is the way of the game in a lot of ways.
I have a 90 Range only Pure that I built for staking and never used, just recently I decided to change that acc into a pure.
So I’d say build it man, have some fun.

 

i've been training till 62 range, and will try knifes/msb to cbow combo and see how i go will most likely turn it into a 13 pray mauler but lets see

You will not have a fun time fighting Obsidian Maul pkers or Gmaul pkers.

I can say though, at a higher level, range is VERY powerful.

I have a level 69 pure with 94 range 50 attack 90 strength and half the time I just want to Dark Bow / R'cbow ko people.

 

You will get owned by gmaulers + obby maulers, just train 50 attack for sure

 

This type of pure used to be the best 5/6 years ago, I remember having about 4 of my mates on 60 ranged pures d'bowing anyone haha!

Am now 50 attack and 67 Str.. OWNING in bh
