First... I got a 79.3 on a practice test for college, and you have to get an 80 to be able to take the actual test (the software manages it, not an actual person so I can't just beg)

Then I get this bullshit

The Virginia Community College service you are trying to access is temporarily offline.

I can't contact my professor and ask for an extension because of this bullshit.
