Hello, I am posting this on behalf of the user 'Quint' (http://sythe.org/member.php?u=273000).

The reason why I am posting this is because the previous dispute (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1126510) was denied.

I got banned because FireZ thought I was ban evading, as explained in the previous dispute, my previous account 'Ice Barrage' got hacked and the hacker scammed with it, obviously resulting in a ban.
My IP obviously matched the IP of the old account FireZ thought I was the scammer and banned me for ban evading. I am well aware of the rules on Sythe and am willing to pay back whatever lost to the
people that got scammed.

After I tried to explain all of this to FireZ as good as I could, I received this as a response;

Get out of here, Denied."

How is that in any way proof to me getting banned? I don't even know or have any relation to that account, it can't possibly be me because I did not even play RuneScape back then, I joined 2 months after that (Shadow Knight's join date 11-02-2005).

Please, do edify why I am banned, I have never scammed anyone. I also just donated $300 to Sythe, showing how much I appreciate the site.

What was your msn/email on ice barrage?

My msn I used on ice barrage was '[email protected]', I registred with "[email protected]".

 

Alright my apologies, that other email was the one the hacker changed it to.

Looking more into this now, I'm not against you being unbanned, just have to make sure you can be unbanned.

 

Unbanned as soon as you recover ice barrage
