Quickest/Best Smithing Experience

Two questions here.

1) What is the fastest/quickest Smithing experience when using an anvil? I don't care about price. My current level is 70.

2) What is the best Smithing experience, as in, cheapest (most experience per coin)? My current level is 70.

 

Use the sacred clay hammers with platebodies, I think the highest platebody for your level would be mith or addy.

 

Best way: Superheating gold bars w/ Goldsmithing gauntlets

Cheapest way: Smelting gold bars w/ Goldsmithing gauntlets, less than 25m 70-99

 

Goldsmith gauntlets work with Super Heating? How much experience per hour would this bring in?

 

My bot gets 110k smithing xp/hr and 100k magic xp/hr.

 

For the best gp/xp, try Iron Ignites II in ArtisansWorkshop. Yields 80k xp/hr and is around 70m for 99 I believe.

 

Holy crap. I'm doing that, only about a 45m loss. Proggies on RSBots.net show around 85k exp/hr.

 

SuperHeating is the best it gives you Mage and Smith.

He is talking about Superheat.

Anyways, SC hammers for that much XP take a very long time. It would be better to use them on Construction if anything.

 

Oh man, i feel stupid now >_> lol.
Anyway, I just did the calculations and it is 45m for 99 via superheating gold, at 3.6 gp/xp.

Went from 1-99 magic and 1-99 smithing in 7 days, superheating gold ores. Not cheap though.
