Quick Str XP?

Hello everyone.

Where are a good palce for botting and getting quick str xp?

I'm now botting at zombies in stronghold, and I'm getting like 35k/h.

Any suggestions?

question, are you f2p or p2p?

if your f2p, i suggest giant spiders in level 3 of stronghold. Its pretty good xp there.

If your p2p, go kill yaks or ghouls

 

Im f2p. But at spiders I need a lot of food. 85 def only.

 

you sholdn't need that much food for spiders... i barely need any and i'm 83 defence, although i'm p2p with full bandos... uuh, try maybe lesser demons? after a long time you'll probably make profit... or try flesh crawlers. also gives you good cash hope this helps

Have a friend who is near your level with low def. Go to pvp world duel arena. You attack your friend and your friend spam heal from the doctors

 

i'm 70 def and do fine at spiders, my 1 def does good at flesh crawlers too

 

Imo 35kexp/h is very good for f2p. You should try flesh crawlers though you don't need food if your 80+ defense.

Just run around the stronghold for a while and try out various monsters. Find one which seems to suit you the best.
