Anyone know exactly how much it costs from 1-99 prayer? What's the best way to level it nowadays?

 

1-99 is roughly 135M doing 51,724 d bones and 225M doing 20,690 frost bones. I suggest doing dragon bones because it's cheaper. And using 2 burners Guilded altar.
