quick question

i owed my friend 20$ and i sent it to him to his paypal, however he needs to verify it to actually use it and doesnt have a bank account/cc to use it.

is there any possible way for me to some how claim the money back?
i tried saying i never got the item, but then remembered i had sent it as payment owed.
also, i sent it as a payment owed.

Call them, and have ur friend call paypal aswell. - thats the legit way.

 

You can file a dispute, but you risk getting your paypal limited.

 

I tried to file a dispute with the same problem few weeks ago.
Got limited straight away.
Wouldn't reccomend
