what would be worth more?

i have an account im looking to sell in the near future

stats:
47 atk 63 str 71 range 16 pray (47 atk and 16 pray from quests)
14 mage
has avas accumulator

quests done:
shadow of the storm
death plateau
tree gnome village
grand tree
animal magnetism golem
restless ghost cooks assistant
priest in peril big chompy bird hunting
waterfall dwarf cannon
ernest the chicken fishing contest
demon slayer gertrudes cat

reason for these is addy gloves.

so my question. whats worth more?
31 pray or 43 pray? i will be doing troll stronghold RFD to addy monkey madness and lost city and desert treasure so once again ancient g mauler ranger/ dscim/dds/ranger 50 or 60 atk with 31 pray or 43 pray

 

31 pray is worth more, cause' you can't go backwards in levels, but you can go forward.

 

if you are selling it just keep it at 16 and if they buyer wants higher prayer then he can get it himself i would also level str and range and mage high for example 90 range and str with 94 mage would get you well over $50
