Quick Question About Paypal?

If i steal someones credit card, and add it to verify my paypal.

is there anyway that the person who've I've used their credit card to verify my paypal find out?

 

Yes and you will go to jail so gl with your future fraud attempts.

 

When you verify your paypal, they charge your card a small amount and later you have to type in that amount to get it verified. So unless you have access to the persons bill/online credit card account, then its impossible. If you live in USA, i suggest going down to walmart and getting a prepaid credit card for $25, works fine, no problems, and its not illegal
