Hello I was wondering if there is any guide that can help me put the vouchers.

Go to the post where the person vouched you. Click quote. Copy whatever is in the reply box. Go to usercp. Click edit profile. Paste what you copied in the vouches box.

 

I did everything you told me, but I appear here in my signature voucher.
