Jagex WILL NOT ban your account because your selling it on sythe. Jagex would have no proof that is indeed your account because one could post a picture of "their" account whilest the picture is from an outside source(account is not their own). Or one could photoshop the picture. Many people do infact frett about their usernames/stats, but it honestly does not matter. Jagex has better things to do like ruin the game with updates =)

 

If you are in any way affiliated with Jagex it is against the law to enter the site.

That's bullshit. Your telling me we could sue them for looking at a website which breaks their rules? Yeah right

 

but what if mods get other people like an "insider" one of us could be a mod informer?

 

Do you know how many RS cheating sites there are? Hundreds upons hundreds with thousands of members between all of them. How big is the jagex staff? I'm guessing no more than 100 people. Do you think they watch this site any more closely than the 100's that are out there? They have way to many problems of their own to go out of their way to ban a few traded accounts.

Personally I think people SHOULD block out their usernames. Jagex do not ban accounts as soon as they see their names being posted on black market forums. Although I do have a theory that they may flag these accounts for potential account trading and therefore if it does get sold, there is a higher chance of it being banned. Once again, this is just my opinion.

 

Personally, I do think they visit this site yes. They would definitely know about Sythe, so why wouldn't they come on here in their worthless time and ban people because they have nothing better to do?

Id say its a good idea to just block out their username. We can never know if they do enter this site. They could just see the username and ban you for rwt,why risk it?

 

Yeah but thats not saying that people cant forward screenshots of usernames from sythe and get them banned.

Either way, I do not believe for one minute that Jagex hasn't been on Sythe before.

and btw, ur not banable if u didn't sell the account but just posted to sell it?
