Question

I leave range at 1 on a Pure STR lvl 46 acc or level up to 40?

 

I'd suggest getting 40. It raises your HP + gives you a better defense bonus with dragonhide legs.

I would say to train that AND mage to 40, but make sure u use spells that do damage, as both will raise your combat hardly any to none and the bonus's will really help

 

it depends. do you want better defense(chaps) and hp or do you want better str?

 

I'd get mage and range to 40. Infact, if you really wanted to go all out, i'd get mage to whatever level fire blast is. Then start by running in -> fire blast -> arrows -> rune 2h.

Raise range to 50. Mage to 60. Run in snare> flames of zammy>range spec>2H or dds.

I personally would rather have the extra strength levels.

 

for f2p u could if u like def but if u like high hits i sugest 31 prayer cuz if u use a str pot then use the higherts str bonuse for prayer ur str goes up 12... and u hit amazingly high

 

I wouldnt suggest prayer until after 60 strength.

 

I'd say there's no reason for not getting it up, it won't ruin your whole Str Pure thing as 40 Range won't rise your combat.

yeah I agree, having the extra bonus with the dhide legs helps a lot, and it shouldn't raise your cb
