    When a RuneScape account has negative credit, can you pay the negative credit via PayPal? because there is an option that has paypal but i'm not sure, because im going to sell my skiller account's to pay for the negative credit, so i want to make sure I can pay for negative credit via PayPal.

    Yes im 99% you can, because it has to be a PayByCash method, and paypal is under that category I think

    Yes , any paybycash option. or you can wait like year or so and they will let you sue cc/pins :)

    Well i got negative credit from a SMS pin that i had gotten off sythe, so im trying to figure out who sold me it so i can get them banned, and when you have negative credit you can't paybyphone, only paybycash.
