Question.

I was wondering if me and a friend that i met off of this site (tiku93) would be able to start a leveling/questing ect ect thing in user services..
Just wondering becase we dont want to get in trouble if we are not allowed.
I dont see how there could be a problem. But just incase

 

Yes you can. The User Services is where you are allowed to advertise your service, as does your signature.
Just do legit services, and earn bunch of vouches and people will use you guys.

You don't need to ask , go to Black Market and go to User Service and post your thread offereing Services.
