    I bought an account on Sythe 1-2 months ago, i leveled numerous skills, had roughly 20m oldschool gold that i bought from Divica Sales @ $60 two days prior to the recovery.

    The owner of the account recovered it because i was banned on Sythe, is he in the right?

    Unless you scammed him for it, no - you can post a report on him if you wish (you'll still need all the proof required, check out "How to Report a Scammer" in the Report a Scammer section)
