Do i need to do wolf whistle in order to get charms as drops? because i have 99 construction and i want to make a menagerie but for the obelisk you need 10 of each type of charm. BTW i am a pure so i would prefer not to have 4 summoning just for construction.

Besides, if your not going to train your summoning then the obelisk is pretty pointless.

 

No, you can get charms without doing the quest.

 

I always thought you needed the quest, a noob friend of mine just started it and he acted as though they started to drop, he never heard of them before.

And yeah, what's the point of an obelisk if you won't train summoning?

 

Why do you want an obby if you can't even use it?

 

For others to recharge their familiars while training prayer.
