I got scammed out of a ipod nano 2 gig.

I sent to the guy, he didn't reply and he won't now.

Is there anything i can do?

to get my ipod back?

You see, this is why real-life trades are completely barred from Sythe. They cause too much trouble, and no one can ever be really held responsible should something go wrong.

Edit: How the hell do you fall for a scam like that...? It's usually the other way when the scam happens. You should have asked for the money first before sending.
