Question about thread layouts

So I'm currently working on setting up my own shop and I was wondering what are the best dimensions for a thread layout. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks :love:

 

Depends on the design you are making. I usually make my thread layouts 1100-1200px wide. The length usually depends on the content you're adding in.

Also a little add-on to that, don't make the actual template that large but rather leave plenty room for effects and things but I guess that depends on the type of layout you're making
