Question about the GE

Okay I've been trying to figure this out for a while, if lets say make an offer for a 3rd age melee helm in the ge for 10,000,000 coins (just makeing up random values) and lets say a day or two later i check the ge stats, btw the 10,000,000 is max, and then the price has risen to lets say 11,000,000 max, if i still had my offer in and no one has sold it would that say i would have a lower chance of getting the helmet since i have a ten million offer in even though i had it before people who put up 11 million? and would it be a smart idea to withdraw my offer and offer 11 million? the reason i use 3rd age is because it is rarely sold in the ge and i'm trying to buy an animal mask in the ge but idk if i should withdraw my offer and place a new one when the prices rise. Your offer is OUT-DATED if you have it. If you are selling something, for the lowest, and it GOES UP by ANY amount of Gold Pieces, than it WILL NOT sell, until you take it out and re-offer it at a higher value.

 

yeah u have to reoffer. i once tried buying something for the lowest and then the price rose and the price i was buying it for wasnt even one of the options.

Ok thanks for the tips and actually people do sell but very very rarely that's why the prices keep rising somone has to sell or else the prices can't rise =P

 

Re-offer your bid , since outdated bids don't work ...

 

u should reoffer cuz it might not ur old offer might be outdated.
