Question about Pay Pal

I have a question about paypal , If I sell an account to gold sites

like gold4rs , and they send me money through paypal. Then I spend

all the money : the balance will be 0:00$. Is it possible if I recover

the account , will I be sued or have negative money if they charge back?

If you dont understand this

buyer 1 sells an account to gold site

buyer 1 gets 15$ and gold site gets the account ( and said they will file a dispute if the account is recovered )

buyer 1 spends all the $ and recovers the account

what will happen?

 

1.Why recover the account? You're no better than a scammer.
2.If verified, Paypal could contact you.

 

How am I a scammer ? I have not sold any accounts here yet on sythe's blackmart . This is my

first time using paypal and my first trade was giving 12$ to a trader by paypal.

 

I never stated that you were, i'm saying if you WERE to do that, you'd be a scammer.

 

I've been wondering about the same thing. Just that here I got scammed, and want to claim my money back. If he's PayPal's empty when I want to recover, will I still get the money?

 

I believe he would be in negative funds but I believe you'd still get the money back.

 

Yeah, assuming he had no more money, he would be in the negative and would have to pay PayPal back the money.

And to the original question, if you do recover the account back, which I hope you don't, they will claim their money back and if you spent the money already, then your account will be in the negative.
