Question about Nightmare Zone

Hey Guys, just came back to OSRS after about almost an year, and I was planning on getting max strength on my new pure.

So I was wondering if you're able to get Berserker Ring (i) via Nightmare Zone as a level 74 Pure (89 strength, 60 attack, 44 pray..) without too much effort.

The Account currently has 55 questpoints and mithril gloves, also ("sadly") has done Monkey Madness, which I know is bad for NMZ.

If you go to world 330 at Nightmarezone, there will be many accounts that can host a nightmarezone floor for you. Those accounts will have certain quests done, normally Mountain Daughter, Tree Gnome Village, Grand Tree, Vampire Slayer and others. If they host the floor for you, you will only get the same bosses they do, meaning you will get the best bosses and receive the best points.

 

There are plenty of guides on youtube. What I want to know is whether the rings work in the wilderness. I think they do, and they return it do you without the (i) after you die? Could be wrong here
